“Hulkamania”
He is without a doubt one of the most recognizable face and name in the Wrestling today. He enjoys mainstream popularity back in the mid 1980’s through the early 1990’s as the all-American working class hero and character Hulk Hogan in the WWE/F. He has made notable character shift in the mid to late 1990’s as the villainous leader of the nWo faction in WCW alongside Kevin Nash and Scott Hall. It was his WWE return in 2000 where he combined the two elements of his popular persona into one as Hollywood Hulk Hogan.
He is a twelve-time world heavyweight champion: a 6 time WWF/E Champion and a 6 -time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, as well as a former World Tag Team Champion with Edge. He was the first wrestler to win the WWE Championship 3 times. He was also the winner of the Royal Rumble in 1990 and 1991 and the first to win two Royal Rumbles in a row.
The Hulkster was later inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005.
Currently the Hulkster is in a mission to further strengthen and carry the TNA Wrestling brand into greater heights as a co managing partner of Eric Bischoff and TNA president Dixie Carter.
