John Felix Anthony Cena or simply JOHN CENA is an American actor, hip hop musician, and professional wrestler currently signed to WWE on its Raw brand, where he is the current reigning WWE Champion.

John Cena is a 9 time world champion having won the WWE Championship 7 times and the World Heavyweight Championship 2 times. He has also won the WWE United States Championship 3 times and the World Tag Team Championship 2 times (once with Shawn Michaels and once with Batista). Cena had his 2008 Royal Rumble match win to his accomplishements.

Starting his professional wrestling career in 2000 at Ultimate Pro Wrestling (UPW), which saw him held the UPW Heavyweight Championship. It was in 2001, when he signed a contract with the WWF/E and was sent to OVW (Ohio Valley Wrestling) where he held the OVW Heavyweight Championship and the OVW Southern Tag Team Championship.

In regards to his music career he has released the rap album You Can’t See Me, which debuted at #15 on the US Billboard 200 chart, and starred in the feature films The Marine in 2006 and 12 Rounds in 2009.

Cena has also made appearances on television shows including Manhunt, Deal or No Deal, MADtv, Saturday Night Live, Punk’d, and Psych. Cena was also a contestant on Fast Cars and Superstars: The Gillette Young Guns Celebrity Race, where he made it to the final round before being eliminated, placing third in the overall competition.

Considered to be the guy/ face of WWE universe, he is the ultimate babyface that has yet to test the waters if going heel would finally gained him the respect of those that had either grew tired of seeing him held the spotlight longer than anybody else in the WWE roster.

Love him or hate him theres no doubt he had built his own fanbase that it wouldn’t matter if half the fans in an arena are againts him or not.  He’s in for the long run and there’s no denying he has that charisma and the never say die attitude that fits his own mantra. (I do however would love to see a darker and mean, heel persona of Cena over the superhero one he has grown accustomed to).

Without a doubt one of todays most recognizable face and name in pro Wrestling!
